This page contains information for new clients interested in permanent makeup services, the candidacy requirements for permanent makeup, as well as payment/cancellation policies, and pre + post care information. Permanent makeup services require a non-refundable deposit in order to book and confirm the appointment. The deposit is to ensure that you are committed to booking and keeping your appointment. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your appointment.
If you choose to cancel your appointment your deposit will not be refunded.
LATE / MISSED APPOINTMENTS / No-SHOWS
Being more than 15 minutes late to your appointment may result in the cancellation of your deposit. If your appointment is canceled for tardiness or no-show, your deposit will not be refunded and a new deposit will be required to re-book any future appointments.
All clients are responsible for checking the candidacy of a permanent makeup service prior to any appointment. If you arrive for your appointment and cannot receive treatment due to any listed contraindications, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will not be refunded to you.
